Spacious and charming house with a good standard and close to the sea on beautiful Flatön, north of Orust. A perfect house for the larger family or group that wants to be close to the morning dip and enjoy a wonderful holiday in a genuine Bohuslän environment. The whole family will enjoy it here! The main house is a terraced house on three floors with an associated well-equipped guest house. Perfect if you are several families or couples traveling together. Lovely lot with lawn for play and games. The plot borders on open meadows without buildings, which means that you have an unembarrassed and protected location with a nice view of open landscapes from both the outdoor rooms and the balcony deck. Entrance floor contains kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed. Downstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds, bright living room with sofa group and warming tiled stove. Sliding doors to two conservatories that you can adapt according to the weather and wishes. Perfect for setting delicious dinners or just relaxing in the lounge group with a book. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a TV corner and a bathroom with both a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The well-maintained guest house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and high ceiling, and the other bedroom has a sofa bed for two which also has a separate entrance. There is also a combined kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate WC. Only 200 m to the "Bryggepölens" swimming area with a small sandy beach, rocks, jetty and jumping tower. Several other bathing spots within walking distance. Feel free to take a walk to Ängöbrygga. Here you can take the free ferry over to Fruvik and buy ice cream in the Rosa Kiosk. Also, don't miss a visit to the historic Handelsman Flink with a well-visited restaurant and kayak rental, approx. 5 km. Dine well in the restaurant or buy fresh seafood in the boat shed. Prepare a picnic basket and sit on a rock and just enjoy. There is a small service shop at Malöcamping, 6.5 km, where you can also buy breakfast bread. Otherwise, the nearest service center is Ellös, 11 km away, which you can reach by free car ferry. In Ellös there are several larger shops, entertainment and restaurants. Also, don't miss cozy Miss Trul's café and antiques. Located outside Ellös, on the mainland approx. 9 km from your house. Here you can eat good food and also buy something from the antique shop. Also close to beautiful Lysekil via car ferry over to Fruvik/Bokenäset. At Orust, there are opportunities for many activities for both young and old, diving, crab fishing, golf or just enjoying the Bohuslän nature. The house is not rented out to youth groups, according to §3.3 of the Rental Terms. Welcome to a spacious house with a location close to the sea in a genuine Bohuslän environment!
