This beautiful cottage is energy efficient with both genvex and Stiebel heat pump systems that supply both hot water and underfloor heating throughout the cottage. Large entrance hall, 5 lovely and well-appointed bedrooms, a nice and delicious kitchen in open connection with a corner living room. The living room has a nice dining area, good wood stove, a nice cozy corner and with access to activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, etc. In addition, the cottage has 2 large beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a large spa, while the other has a cozy sauna. A large loft contains one of the rooms with 2 beds and invites to raw coziness and good movies on rainy days. 2 large sliding glass doors can be opened onto a large covered terrace, from where you can follow the children's play by sandboxes and swings.
