Spacious and well-located cottage on a garden plot, which is surrounded by trees. The house has a secluded, enclosed patio with a covered terrace. From the ground there is easy access to the large dune areas and the beautiful white beaches at Dueodde, where there is both a restaurant, café and ice cream parlor. The cottage is 172 m & # 178; in 2 levels and was built in 1879. In 2016, the house underwent a partial renovation. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms. Note that one room is a walk-through room. The kitchen i.a. is equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Large dining and living room with wood burning stove and plenty of space for cosiness and relaxation. There is a TV with Danish and German channels as well as wireless internet. There are two bathrooms, both with bath and one also with shower. There are five bedrooms. For the little ones there is 1 high chair. In the side building you will find a washing machine. The house has 30 m & # 178; open terrace area. In addition, there are 25 m & # 178; covered terrace. Not for rent to youth groups.
