High-lying holiday home with outdoor jacuzzi and beautiful views of the Little Belt located in one of the east coast's most beautiful holiday home areas by Diernæs. The cottage is newly built for the spring of 2020, so you can enjoy the new, beautiful architect-designed house with large windows facing the water, which makes it very bright. After an active day you can relax in the jacuzzi and at the same time enjoy the view of the water. The house's 136 m2 contains a separate kitchen / dining room / living room. There are four separate bedrooms, which make the house suitable for families with children or e.g. couple of friends on tour. In the house you will find i.a. Bluetooth radio, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and energy-saving heat pump. The cottage is surrounded by terraces on two of the house sides of which is 14 m2 covered terrace, so no matter where the wind may come from, you can all day long find shelter and a sun corner to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. There is a swing in the garden. At the nearby Vikær Campingplads you have free access to use e.g. bouncy castle, mini golf, soccer field, playground and the very popular jetty on the square. Please note that the campsite is open per. April 1 - September 30. When you arrive at the house, the jacuzzi is filled with clean water and heated and ready for use on the day of arrival at. ca. 20.00. If you do not want to use it during the stay, there is no charge for heating it. Not for rent to youth groups.
