On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room, you enter the activity room, where you can play darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other to a game of table tennis or soccer. Even a stereo system, PlayStation 4, and flat-screen TV are installed in the activity room. The house is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, with two separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom connected to the pool area. There are three bathrooms in total, all with showers and underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms is also extra child-friendly with a children's toilet. All six bedrooms and the loft have box mattresses. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with a TV with Viasat satellite and over 100 channels, a stereo system with CD player, Blu-ray player, high chair for the little ones, sofa area, and wood-burning stove. Outdoors, there is an open sun terrace and a covered terrace - perfect for a cozy barbecue evening with family and friends. There is also a trampoline (use of which is at your own risk/insurance).
