The large kitchen-family room has a TV, stereo set, wood-burning stove and every amenity needed. Large terrace with a grill and room for sunbathing. The size of the house also makes it suited for birthday parties, weddings and conferences etc. For the children there is cot, high chair and jungle gym on the large plot. No letting to youth groups.
