In the area you will find an outdoor shared swimming pool. Activity room of 35 m² with a combined bar and kitchen with cooker and fridge-freezer. The activity room has a TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. There is table tennis, table football or just relax in the sofas. Bedroom with single and double bed, TV and DVD player. The house is on 3 levels. There is central vacuum cleaner. Underfloor heating in the basement and hallway and bathroom on the ground floor. All floors have light dimmers to help create a cosy atmosphere. All beds have box mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen-dining area with fridge-freezer and 2 ovens. Living room with wood-burning stove open to the kitchen/family room. The living room has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Access to a south facing covered terrace. Bathroom with shower for two people. Two bedrooms with double beds and cabinet wall and a TV and DVD player. Cot in one of the bedrooms and room for a cot in the other bedroom. There is also a high chair. In the basement you will find a large bathroom with whirlpool, shower for two people and changing facilities. There is also a sauna with integrated shower. Under the stairs there is a washer and dryer. There is also an additional freezer of 250 l. On 1st floor there are two bedrooms with sloping walls with ceiling height of 1.90 m. One room has five beds and access to a covered and furnished balcony. The second room has four beds with a view of the living room. Toilet with two children sinks. To the south is a 50 m² covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, two grills, deck chairs and a fireplace. From here you can sit and enjoy the children playing in the playhouse, sandpit or see them swing. There is free firewood. In Teglgårdsparken you will find a large area with e.g. petanque court and an outdoor heated swimming pool open between 1/6-1/9. There is also a pool for the children as well as a large playground. NO LETTING TO YOUTH GROUPS.
