Welcome to this nice apartment just north of Varberg, only 3.2 km to the center of Varberg. There you have nice cycle paths into the city. Bringing the bike is to recommended as Varberg is a real cycling city! The apartment is located in a cozy area close to nature and nice walking paths. Outside the apartment there is a nice park with an outdoor gym, a big swing and basketball hoops. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large spacious bathroom with both a washing machine and dryer, an open kitchen connected to the dining area and living room, as well as a cozy glazed balcony where you can see a glimpse of the sea. In the smaller bedroom there is a single bed (90x200). In the large bedroom there is a double bed (180x200). Varberg is a popular destination with Varberg Fortress as an important landmark. At the fortress you will find Halland's cultural history museum, which is known for the Bockstensmannen. Just next door you will also find Varberg's beautiful cold bath house. In the city there are theatres, a cinema and a large number of concerts are given in summer. Many people appreciate Varberg for its cozy little streets with good shopping and market stalls. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby.
