This freshly built summer cottage with the best location next to Lake Västra Silen is located in Årjäng. A nice and charming cottage with a lovely lake view and with its own swimming area. This accommodation is ideal for those who appreciate the tranquility and proximity to the lake. An idyllic accommodation in a scenic environment, sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view after a good meal with a drink. On the plot there is plenty of space for jumping and playing, a trampoline is set up next to the house. The cottage is bright and smartly furnished. You are welcomed into a small hall, to the left a bathroom with toilet and shower, straight ahead in the hall there is a spacious bedroom with bunk bed where there is also TV, kitchen and living room in one, dining table, sofa bed for two people and a stove where you can fire to raise the cosiness factor, a staircase leads up to the second floor and the loft where there is a double bed and an incredible lake view. Outside the kitchen, living room you have a lovely terrace and comfortable outdoor furniture for six people. In this house there is most things you could need. In the scenic surroundings invites to hiking in the woods and fields, here are plenty of berries and mushrooms. This is one of Europe's finest lake systems with clean air, fresh water and a rich nature and watercourses connected by the Dalsland Canal. In Årjäng there are about 1000 lakes and many watercourses, well suited for swimming, fishing and canoeing. Canoe rental about 12, 5 km from the cottage. Västra Silen has a good stock of perch and pike. The chance of getting salmon and trout is also good if you direct your fishing accordingly. Fishing license valid! For those of you who like cycling, you have wonderful cycle paths, or why not take a ride with the dressage, for the shopping-hungry there is a large shopping center in Töcksfors about 35 km to the border trade Sweden-Norway.
