In the heart of Österlen, about 15 km west of Simrishamn, this holiday cottage is located on the edge of the summer cottage area Gyllebo, nestled among fields and beautiful avenues of oak trees in a rural idyll. . The summer cottage, which was built in 2006, is located on a corner plot in the cottage area, without visibility or other houses from two sides. It is modernly furnished with large generous windows facing the lawn and large trees where you can glimpse the cornfields. There is room for two cars to park outside the front door. The cabin has an open floor plan apart from the three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed, and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds, one of which has a pull-out extra bed. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. The living room is comfortably furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair in front of the TV corner and a cozy heating stove and daylight flows in through the large windows. All windows have roller blinds or drapes. The dining area accommodates 4-5 people and in the adjoining kitchen you have a view of these areas. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. In the house there is also broadband via fiber as well as a complete set for a baby with a high chair, changing table, potty, etc. The water/sewerage system is not municipal but managed by an association, which sometimes carries out maintenance of the water pipes and then the water may temporarily become discolored or not be available for a while. From the wooden balcony with a roof you can enjoy the sunset behind the fields where you can also fix the barbecue dinner at the charcoal grill. On the generous surface of the lawn, you can play games and the children can play games. The lawn is maintained every week by a person who comes and cuts it. In the surrounding fields there is a rich wildlife, if you are lucky you can see both moose and deer etc. At Lake Gyllebo, which is only a couple of kilometers away, there is a lovely beach with both swimming and fishing opportunities, Gyllebo castle ruins and a large horse farm. In the beautiful surroundings of Österlen, there is much to explore, such as cozy farm shops, cafes, hiking trails and dressage tours. Nice swimming by the sea in Knäbäckshusen and Baskemölla are the closest, Stenshuvud National Park, Kivik's many apple orchards. In Rörum there are pleasant Mandelmann's gardens, Fransyskan's Creperie and many other bakeries and restaurants open in the summer.
