Well-located apartment on the ground floor in an apartment complex with 40 apartments at Koldkær. The apartment is located in a cottage area in scenic surroundings between Hou and Hals just approx. 100 m from the child-friendly sandy beach. Sea view from the terrace, but otherwise look for common sandpit and lawn before the dunes down to the sea. Two bedrooms and open kitchen / living room with dining area. Built in 1990 and partially renovated in 2004. There is both an east and west facing terrace. The complex is divided into clusters with common grass areas with playgrounds and plenty of space to frolic as well as a footpath to the area's best bathing beach. Jungle trail and lots of forest trails.
