The spacious terrace area of the house is particularly unique, offering a large area facing east for outdoor breakfasts and an area facing south and west for further hours outdoors until barbecue time, for which there is a covered area. The large property also offers plenty of space for outdoor fun and games, and there is one of several playgrounds in the area very close to the vacation home.
