In the open kitchen, you have plenty of space if you want help preparing your fine meals. There is also a dishwasher here. If you want to grill, the grill is outside on the patio deck, or alternatively you have a larger grill area in the garden. The nicely tiled bathroom with underfloor heating has a toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. In the house you have 3 nice bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with a single bed in each room. The house has a nice south-facing balcony with deckchairs and outdoor furniture. The garden is large, there is a trampoline, two football goals and plenty of space for other games. No parties are allowed in the house and the house is not rented out to youth groups. There is another house 48691 which är close to this house to rent if you are travelling with a big company. You are within walking distance (500 m) to Öland's Golf Club with its fine 18-hole course and fine restaurant "Källa Mat & Café". Summertime in Källa there is also "Källa Glasscafe" with its fantastic ice cream creations and the small playland. You have approx. 2.5 km to the West coast and 4 km to the East coast with nice swimming. There are nice walking paths here as well as the Ölandsleden, which goes past the golf course for those who want to exercise. Sandbybadet is a fantastic swimming spot with its shallow sandy beach and beautiful dunes. It is 4 km by bike to Löttorp where there are plenty of restaurants, ICA shop (grocery store). 3.5 km by bike to ICA in Källa. There is much to discover on Norra Öland and it is astonishingly beautiful. There are plenty of farm shops, cafes and studios here. In Byxelkrok you can stroll around in the small shops in the boathouses in the harbor or enjoy good food or a cooling ice cream. There are incredibly beautiful pebble beaches here. Böda with its undulating sandy beaches is a must visit. Lådbilslandet (https://www.ladbilslandetoland.com/#info) is popular for families with children.
