The house has 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and a nicely renovated kitchen. Large activity room with exercise equipment, foosball, table tennis, air hockey, billiards, plenty of toys and games, and a small ball pit. In the garden, you’ll find a play tower, a large in-ground trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance), two large shelters, grill hut, basketball and football goals, and more. From the kitchen, there is access to a private garden/terrace. Further behind the house, there's access to a shared garden with Strandvejen 71a (house no. 63385), which can also be rented together (up to a total of 20 people). Guests have free access once a day to swimming & play, as well as 1 hour of free bowling/badminton per day at Sportium in Varde.
