Welcome to a large, nice house that is beautifully furnished and close to Norrköping's city center and the popular Kolmården. Close to swimming, Bråviken, restaurants and experiences. Here you will find everything you need to be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday with the family and there is something for all ages. The house is on two floors with an open floor plan where the living room, kitchen and dining area are integrated into one, a stove is located in the middle of the house. A good area to gather for conversations with friends, family and good dinners, the house is bright and homely. You are welcomed into a large hall where there is a WC, straight ahead the living room and the kitchen spread out together with an exit to the balcony, to the left is the first bedroom with a bed for two of 140 cm. In the middle of the house there is a staircase down to the lower floor with a newly renovated bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin, next to the bathroom is the large bedroom with an extra wide double bed which is perfect for two adults and a child. There is also a balcony door from the bedroom that leads you out. Everything is very well planned. Kolmården zoo is only 10 minutes away by car. At Kolmården there are experiences for all ages, meet animals from all corners of the world, experience cool rides and Bamse's world. 700 meters down to the sea to take a swim from the jetty or the smaller beach next to it, Bråviken, which overlooks the Baltic Sea along a beautiful beach road with boathouses, bathing spots, ice cream parlors and restaurants. The craft village located in Kolmården's cultural center Sandviken. The craft village consists of four houses, with a total of 8 different craftsmen and artists. In the craft village there is also an Ice cream kiosk, with homemade Italian ice cream. Walking distance a few kilometers from the house there is a smaller center Krokek, here there are grocery stores, pharmacies and two restaurants. Don Luigi an Italian restaurant is very popular. At the campsite there is also the possibility of swimming, mini golf, ice cream and other activities. After the beach road, you can buy locally produced products such as eggs, vegetables and beautiful flowers. If you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 20 minutes by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. There are many old industrial buildings that have been preserved and the stream that flows through the city. Worth a visit is the picturesque town of Söderköping with all its charm and the Göta canal passes through the town with its beautiful passenger boats. This accommodation is perfect for couples or for families who want peace and proximity to experiences and swimming.
