The house contains a combined living room and kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a 16 m & # 178; large loft with two beds and a bathroom with washing machine. There are 12 m & # 178; terrace right next to the water and with a wonderful view of life on and around the marina. In addition, 24 m & # 178; enclosed patio. At one end of the harbor, a large harbor pool with changing rooms and a large sun terrace has been built, and at the other end, a bathing beach with a jetty has been built. There is a lifeguard at the harbor bath.
