Holiday home located in a popular holiday home area in Virksund on lovely grounds with a large lawn area, small ornamental garden and wooden terrace. The robotic lawnmower runs every day between 7.00 & # 8211; 10.00. The cottage is furnished with a combined kitchen / living room with nice, bright kitchen furniture. The living room is furnished with dining area and living area & # 160; and the possibility of making an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. Furthermore, room with two beds, large double bedroom and fitted wardrobes. Exit to the terrace and spacious bathroom with dark gray tiled floor, table arrangement, shower and washing machine. On the plot there is a greenhouse where you can enjoy the sun in early spring or the late summer evenings. You can of course swim by the beach and you can also be lucky to see the cute seals swimming by. There are also only approx. 400 m to Virksund Campingplads, where there is mini golf, playground, small grocery store, outdoor pool with slide and cafe. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
