A very pleasant holiday home on the outskirts of the community. The cottage is located by the beautiful Krokån. Enjoy the view of the river and the serene feeling of rippling water from the terrace. From the cottage you have several lovely walking paths in the area and a number of small bathing areas. A very good starting point for excursions to all the area's destinations. The cottage has a well-preserved, charming interior of "retro style". From the entrance hall in the small hall there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A smaller bedroom has a single bed. Storstugan has large windows overlooking the roaring waters of the river. It includes comfortable seating areas and a modern TV. There are two more bedrooms. One with a bubble bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen is open and includes a dining area. The terrace is partially overbuilt and gives you a magical view of the water. The cottage has a hilly, verdant plot with several small patios. Right by the river's edge there is a lovely little patio where you can spend your barbecue evenings. Krokån is quite shallow and rocky. A heated outdoor swimming pool is located within a short distance of Flammabadet. At the campsite there is also a place for canoes and barbecue area as well as wind shelters. Rent canoes and paddle along Lagan and out to the beautiful Hjörneredssjöarna. In the immediate vicinity is Kvarnen, a popular destination with a summer café and exciting swimming area. Note: The house is not for rent to youth groups. It is not permitted to charge electric and hybrid vehicles on site. In the small community of Knäred there is everything you need for your holiday. The nature around Knäred offers nice mushroom places and berry fields andmany nice destinations and nature experiences. Hjörnered with the beautiful Hjörneredssjöarna is a popular outdoor recreation area. Here you can fish, hike, swim and canoe (available for rent). Make a visit to Vippentorpet, a high-loft cottage from the late 1600s. To Laholm it is only a short journey. There is a nice trade and a drawing museum. In the city, Lagan meands out to sea, here is a nice salmon fishing. Fishing license is required. A bit from Laholm you will find the long sandy beaches of Mellbystrand.To the north you have Halmstad, which is a lovely summer town. Tylösand's white beaches and salty baths attract many bathers. Here you will find a wide range of entertainment options including: The country of adventure, many restaurants, cafes and a large selection of shops, art and nature. The beautiful Prince Bertil's path winds its way along the entire coast. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area. The closest is Skogaby Gk.
