A very pleasant cottage, rurally located and surrounded by lovely nature. Here you live peacefully and close to nature with nice walking paths and a forest filled with berries and mushrooms. Walking distance to Bönarpesjö, where your rowing boat is located. Proximity to Varberg's fine summer town and to Gekå's fantastic shopping center in Ullared. A well-planned and compact accommodation with shared plot. The cottage is a converted mobile home on the owner's agricultural property. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed. The bathroom is compact with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped and open with a dining area and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. There is a TV with no channels, but the cottage has free wifi. The extension has a glazed conservatory and exit to a balcony with a lovely view of pastures and the beautiful lake. Bönarpesjö has a population of pike, perch and roach. If you are lucky enough to fish, you might be able to grill the catch for your evening meal. There are many nature experiences and excursion destinations in the area. An exciting one is Borrås skåra, a dramatic 10 meter deep and 100 meter long cleft in the mountain just outside Varberg. Åkulla bokskogar is a fifty square kilometer nature area located in the interior of Halland, about 20 km east of Varberg. Within the area you will find breathtaking lookouts, around twenty lakes and twelve nature reserves. It is considered one of Sweden's foremost beech forest areas. The pleasant summer town of Varberg is only a short drive away. The city with lovely salty baths, both with and without clothes, from both sandy and rocky beaches. There is also a large range of culture here, famous market stalls on Wednesdays and Saturdays and plenty of cozy restaurants and cafés. Varberg is also Sweden's SPA city with numerous bathing facilities. Varberg is best known for its magnificent fortress and museum, with i.a. the buckstone man and the bullet button that killed Karl X11. Next to the fortress there is a large newly built fortress bath and an incredibly beautiful Kallbadhus where there are bathing opportunities all year round. Right next to it is the fine Societetshuset and a 100-year-old Warm Bath House with a wide range of activities and entertainment. The nearest golf course is Harabäcken Gk's fine golf club.
