Underfloor heating throughout the house and heat pump. Direct exit from the living room to 25 m2 large, covered wooden terrace with glass part, where all the day's meals can be eaten and even the late and cool summer evenings can be enjoyed. On the open terrace, the sun can be enjoyed in one of the house's sunbeds. On the large lawn there is room for ball games and play. In a short distance to smaller sand and pebble beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
