Welcome to panoramic views of Lake Stora Färgen and a very nice accommodation for families with children who want peace and quiet, proximity to swimming and the perfect starting point to the big city life in Gothenburg. The house is elevated on a hill with the best views of the lake. Next door there is a barbecue hut you can book on site. The property shares a large plot with the homeowners where you share the beach and everything they have to offer. There is a sandy beach, jetty, floating jetty, canoes, barbecue hut and sauna. Boat, SUP-Board, sauna and barbecue hut are booked on site. The house was built in 2017 and has a modern floor plan and bright décor. You are welcomed into the lush garden with beautiful passage towards the house. Directly into the entrance you will see the kitchen that opens up. To the left is the bathroom which is white with toilet and shower. Opposite is the one bedroom with a bunk bed 90cm wide beds. Next to the bathroom is the house's second bedroom with a double bed 140cm. Here you will see the lake below that sparkles. The kitchen and living room are integrated into one. From the kitchen you have a large window with the forest outside. There, a beautiful hiking trail goes out into the forest with wind shelters and magnificent natural area. The window allows you to look out to the beautiful forest but no one can see in. Here nothing is missing and the stovetop is induction hob and modern with a kitchen island with room for 6 people. The living room is framed with nice curtains to cool off with a large comfortable sofa bed for good evenings. The sofa is 140cm wide. On the wall is a small TV with chromecast that can easily stream your favorite shows. From the living room there is a door out to the patio with the nice view. The homeowners live in the big white house further away and are happy to help. This accommodation can be booked all year round with everything there is to offer around. If you want to experience the charming coffee town of Alingsås, it only takes 15 minutes by car. Alingsås is known for having the most cafés and typical Swedish FIKA. For those who want a larger municipal bathing area, Lygnareds camping with several bathing jetties, café and ice cream kiosk is recommended. The proximity to Gothenburg is a clear advantage. You go away quietly and quietly but by car it only takes 35 minutes and you have Liseberg, Universum, concerts and everything that the west coast big city has a offer.
