Holiday home in a lovely child-friendly area, centrally located between Silkeborg, Aarhus, Randers and Viborg. The house is located on a quiet, closed road only 200 meters from Gudenåen, which is accessed via path systems. Tenants of the holiday home have free fishing rights along the holiday home area when they have paid the mandatory fishing license (or are exempt from this). Large enclosed cottage plot, surrounded by dense shrubbery and trees on all four sides. On the plot there are several terraces as well as activities for the children in the form of sandpit and swing / climbing frame. A large lawn invites to ball games and play. Via the path system, there is quick access to the area's large common playground as well as to the outdoor swimming pool, which is open and for free use during the summer. In the same place there is a grocery store and a small restaurant, both of which are open during the summer. The cottage is bright and well furnished with kitchen in open connection with living room and bathroom and three good bedrooms. The house is equipped with both washer and dryer as well as with dishwasher. Two heat pumps together with wood stove and solar collector ensure cheap heating in the house. Heat recovery (ventilation system) is installed, which ensures a good indoor climate in all rooms. There is fiber TV with 23 Danish and foreign channels to choose from. Not for rent to youth groups.
