Welcome to this homely and spacious cottage with very good standard and seaside location at Gullmarsfjorden, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The cottage is located sunny and peaceful in a small cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. In a few minutes walk you reach the nice bathing area, there are piers, cliffs and sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim and socialize, the area is also known for its nice diving opportunities in deep oxygen-rich underwater environments. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many pleasant activities during the summer period, in the surrounding area there are football pitches, boules court, tennis court, pay & play golf course, mini golf and nice opportunities for walks on coastal trails and roads. The property is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursions in central Bohuslän. From the welcoming entrance you will enter the hall which leads on to an open floor plan with high ceilings and large glass sections facing south. In the large bright open space you will find a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining area and living room with TV and a warming wood burning stove. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds and bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the hall leads upstairs to the second floor with sofa bed and TV. The plot is child-friendly and generous, large garden with lawn, furnished patios on three sides of the cottage where you can follow the sun's path in the sky, soak up the sun on a sun lounger or enjoy the nice view of a good piece of food and drink. The cottage has WiFi access. This is where the whole family will enjoy themselves! The pole äset with the capital Lysekil, popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea band at the mouth of the Gullmarsfjord. Experience the amazing feeling of freedom that the sea gives at Stångehuvud Nature Reserve with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice nice shops with assortment for different tastes. A pleasure for the children is to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the tour you will also get some history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17 - 1800s. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen which in recent years has become a promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and during the nice summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset that reflects in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. For those interested in golf, the club can be swung on the Holma Golf area.
