The stairs to the first floor are open with a sloping ceiling. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a very large master bedroom with French balcony and sofa as well as TV. In addition to the two rooms, there is a guest toilet. On the plot there is a carport and good sun hooks as well as a charger for electric car: Type 2 - IEC 62196-2. The house is located on enclosed grounds at the end of the road. Not for rent to youth groups.
