The garden is fully fenced by trees and shrubs with a small lawn and thus good shelter. There is a terrace to the south and a north-east facing courtyard where there is a large barbecue. In the garden there are various fruit trees that spring out nicely in the spring and bear fruit in late summer, which can be enjoyed freely. There is a garage for the house where there is space for the car or surfing equipment.
