Welcome to this nice and spacious villa located in a sunny position along the entrance to Lysekil. The villa has several large patio areas and a large balcony overlooking the harbor area, Gullmarsfjord and the town of Lysekil with its well-known church silhouette. Here you have walking distance to both beaches and the summer city city with all that it means such as market shopping, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. From the entrance you enter the villa's hall on the entrance floor, here in addition to hall furniture there is also a toilet, a staircase then leads up to the second floor, there is an open kitchen with gas stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher, a large lovely living room with a dining area, wood burning stove, TV and exit to the villa's patio areas, a glazed conservatory with comfortable armchairs and a bedroom with double bed. On the third floor of the villa you will find a bathroom with shower, three bedrooms, one with a single bed and two with a double bed. From one of the bedrooms you come out on a large lovely balcony with views of the city and Gullmarsfjord. On the villa's large patio areas there is summer furniture and barbecue, a lovely place where you are happy to eat a good bite to eat and discuss the day's adventures or plan for new excursions. On the ground floor there is a small apartment that is rented out and visited periodically. The villa has sound and heat-insulated windows. Lysekil, popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us hikes on nature reserves and trails with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice nice shops with assortment for different taste directions. A pleasure is also to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the tour you will also get some history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 1800s. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and during the nice summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset that reflects in the sea.
