Summary: I would highly recommend this hotel. We had nothing to complain about. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the canal through a large window from the lounge. The staff were just amazing, especially Maria, who went out of her way to make sure we got the room we wanted and also attending to the small details in our stay, making us feel so at home. She is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was great, with everything you needed being offered. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The beds were comfy and the pillow menu was really helpful when we wanted a firmer pillow. The location is really good with restaurants and sightseeing literally just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
