Holiday home located on 2000 m2 large plot with plenty of space, light, air and peace and quiet and just about 400 m from the sea, where kayaks can be launched for a trip in Nakskov Fjord and the small islands. The cottage has a wilderness bath with a view of the sea and a large terrace with barbecue. There are Danish channels as well as Chromecast and a SONOS radio. There is plenty of space with 3 good rooms, kitchen, bathroom, large living room and garden room with access to the west-facing garden with wilderness bath and large terrace. For the children there is a sandpit and swing, cot and high chair. The house is heated with air / air heating and oil boiler (1 liter of oil costs DKK 15, -). Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
