Bright and well-appointed cottage with sauna and tasteful, modern decor and attractive location on a secluded natural plot on the outskirts of Lønstrup City. The house was newly decorated in 2017 with i.a. new kitchen. There is a living room in open connection with the kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating and access to the sauna. The house is well maintained and every detail in the decor has been thought of. For cheap heating and not least cosiness, a wood-burning stove has been installed. In addition, the house is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump, this can also be used as air conditioning. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. The plot is flat nature and lawn plot surrounded by planting, and for the children there is a swing and sandpit. Access to the beach and sea is easy on foot along the small roads through the area. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
