The proximity to both Orust, Tjörn and other excursion destinations means that you will be able to experience many of all the West Coast's gems. The house is located on a corner plot in the original part of Stenungsund up on the mountain with greenery and partial views from the house towards Askeröfjorden. On the entrance level you will find the kitchen directly to the left and inside a living room with sofa bed -140cm. A beautiful glass veranda with its own exit to the stone stairs where you can cuddle with a coffee cup and listen to the birds' morning chirps. There is also a dining area if anyone wants to sit here and eat. A living room with sofa, table with two armchairs and TV and board games and books on the bookshelf. The living room also has a single bed that can be used as a sofa during the day. Both bathrooms are on the lower level. One with toilet, sink and shower and the larger bathroom has a toilet, sink, towel warmer, shower and bath. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. A room with a double bed - 160cm, and inside the sleeping alcove there is another single bed - 90cm, if you have children who want to sleep with Mom and Dad close to their own bed, this fits very well. It is a large room so it is possible to have an extra bed! The second bedroom has two 80 cm beds with a common mattress of 160 cm. Outdoors there is a cozy arbor with outdoor furniture and lounge chair right next to the mountain where children can play and invent their own activities. A large drying rack where you can dry laundry, wet swimwear odyl. You will find the laundry room in the basement with its own entrance. An optimal accommodation for 2 families with proximity to most things. A warm welcome to a quiet and comfortable house that you will want to visit every year!
