It furthermore borders a forest on its north side, so you'll enjoy unobstructed sunshine on the south and west sides of the house. The pool is heated by an energy friendly heat pump. The terrace is also the ideal living area. In the garden you have several games at your disposal. In winter you also have an unobstructed sea view.
After a comfortable walk along the beach you come to a cozy ferry that takes you to Barsø in 15 minutes. Here you can also nicely explore the borderland: Flensburg (40 minutes in the car), in Sønderborg is the castle and Dybbøl Mølle, Haderslev and Aabenraa - all beautiful cities with good pedestrian streets and well-preserved old houses. A hit is certainly also a visit to Gråsten Castle, the summer residence of the royal family, Legoland, Givskud Zoo and the Universe adventure park, all destinations are suitable for a day trip.
