Lovely vacation home for a small family, charmingly located north of the holiday village of Hou near Melholt. You will stay in a charming holiday home where you can enjoy a wonderful vacation or a long weekend with your children and pets. The house consists of two parts; the main house has two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room, so you can keep the conversation going while you cook. Plenty of opportunity for cozy moments and getting to know each other. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a hot air fryer. The house offers a newer bathroom with access to a terrace and the annex. The separate annex offers a 3/4 wide double bed and can be heated with electric heating. The vacation home and annex are connected by a large terrace, where you will also find the hot tub. The hot tub requires firewood for heating and can be used all year round. The large property offers plenty of space to play. The vacation home is located on a quiet gravel road, away from the nearest main road. There is also a trampoline in the garden for you to use during your stay (use at your own risk).
