Close to cafes, shops, Rosebud cinema and only a short drive to the local wineries, golf courses and Peninsula Hot Springs. This 12 month old property offers a seamless fusion of indoor-outdoor contemporary living. This coastal haven is fully furnished (with new furniture) throughout and has a new BBQ and great outdoor area for you to enjoy.
Please be aware we do not rent to schoolies or anyone under the age of 25.
A copy of your drivers license or passport is required by guests staying at the property for security reasons.
