The house has a very private garden and atrium courtyard, both walled all around so that children can not run into the street or on to the beach.

Rental bikes and cars are available in the streets around, bookable via App's.
Ride bicycles to the city center along the beach and on bicycle paths. Walk the beach with views to Sweden, or to the local small boat marinas, the national aquarium or the fortress from 1886.
There are Restaurants, Cafés, Bakeries, grocery shopping and fitness center on the beachfront all within walking distance. On the beach there is Kitesurfing, Kayaks, Segways, Minigolf, Playgrounds, Ice-cream and coffee outlets.

Open plan kitchen, dining & living room with open wood burning fireplace, and doors leading out to the garden and the atrium courtyard witch are walled on all sides, insuring privacy and that children can not run into the street or down to the beach.

The beds will be ready to jump into, and towels, toilet paper, soaps stocked up. In the kitchen there'll be cooking essentials like oils and spices for cooking, and in summer herps in the garden.
