Great looking terraces to the southwest and southeast, a total of 110 m2 terrace which is part covered. Lovely garden with room for play and sports. There are 150 meters to a good beach. The area's biggest asset is the natural beach. The beach is ideal for bathing, playing, exercising and fishing.
The Renter makes the final cleaning of the House before leaving. Cleaning may be ordered for the price of EUR € 125.
Sheets, tietowels and towels can be rented for a price of EUR € 20 pr set.
Electricity (and firewood) is used to heat the house and domestic water, so electricity and firewood consumption depends a lot on the number of people and the time of year for renting. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure, after which payment is settled according to the current specification.
