Summary: My first room was terrible. Filthy carpets, TV remote was dead, the safe didn’t work, and there are no blackout curtains. The curtains they had did not cover the windows completely, and it was light for most of the night. I complained and they moved me to a beautiful room, which is what they should’ve given me to begin with.
