Positive: You get a private apartment - a full floor to yourself in the attic: a bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a tiny bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is even beer and wine in the fridge with other things also available. Coffee is free for your use. The host is a wonderful, caring, warm and "grandmotherly" lady, going out of her way to help and make your stay happy. She will guide to shops and restaurants. Free parking is available right outside. A bus stop is across the street. A wonderful place.

Negative: This is probably the most interesting bathroom solution I've ever seen. If you are very tall or more heavily built, you might find it somewhat inconvenient and cramped. But it is OK.
