Conveniently, the heat pump can also be used as air conditioning on hot summer days. There are great opportunities for outdoor living with a large south/west-facing terrace area and a large lawn with plenty of space to play, etc. You also have beautiful views of the water from everywhere! The coast at Løjt is considered child-friendly and invites you to take walks through beautiful countryside. From the shore, you can watch the activities in and around the water, including the small ferry to the island of Barsø. There is a communal pool with a magnificent sea view, as well as a mini golf course and playground for the little ones. The pool is free to use and open from May 15 to September 15. There is a café/restaurant by the pool, open in summer. In addition, there are shared activity rooms with table tennis, air hockey, and slot machines, as well as a shared laundry room.
