Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and decor was very nice. Big fan of the colour scheme. Beautiful cutlery. Will definitely recommend.

Negative: There were too many parties involved in the communication process. The host agent (Karen) was pleasent to work with and she was very helpful, but the other booking agents involved caused a lot of unpleasentness. We also had an incident where we would have paid double the necessary amount due to a miscommunication between the agents, which is totally unacceptable.
