The cottage is located in the outermost row to the water in a quiet and scenic area high at the end of a cul de sac and with steep stairs to the beach. The house contains a large room with a double bed, two rooms with a single bed and from the entrance hall there are stairs to a large, bright loft with a double bed. The view of the water can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining and living room or the covered terrace. It is not possible to get to the house with very large cars, motorhome or caravan. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
