Positive: The rooms are nice and spacious and the breakfast portions were just perfect. The bed slept nice and the staff were great and prompt.

Negative: The villa I stayed in was the first villa on the right. This happens to be next to the kitchen. So what ever prep is being done you can hear. And for some reason that happens at 1am. I’m not sure how the other villas were but try at particular Villa did pose problems. Night one, a near by cafe playing music so loud affecting my sleep as well as a bird nesting on the roof making noises around 11pm and again at 2am. Day 2 the room particularly the bathroom stank of urine emitting from the drains in the bathroom. The staff were prompt to clean this but unfortunately the smell remained for a few more hours. I poured boiling water down the drain to try and expel it. Night 2 was were the staff decided to do meal prep at 1 in the morning chopping food and blending it as well again affecting sleep. I was an unhappy camper the first 2 days here. Also make use of Blubird taksi or grab as the taxi service from the villa to and from are pricey compared to what is mentioned.

Summary: Rocky start pleasant finish.
