In the centre of the room is a beautiful carvel wood burning stove. Adjacent is the pool room with a 20sqm indoor pool with incredible retractable roof and sun deck with loungers. For convenience there’s a separate shower room by the pool. Next to the pool room is a 21sqm snug/study. A quiet space with sofas and table to relax or work, again with incredible views.
The 20sqm kitchen provides a super choice for cooking. It houses Gagrernau and Bosch appliances, gas hob, ceramic hob, griddle plate and integrated deep fat fryer and two ovens. Dishwasher, Microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are all provided. The kitchen also has its own balcony and stunning ocean views.
The accommodation floor consists of three private suites. The first, a 38sqm master suite with roll top bath, en-suite shower room, air conditioning and an extra long super king sized bed. This suite has its own private balcony with stunning ocean views. The second is a 33sqm suite with en-suite shower room, balcony and separate dressing room. Again an extra long super king sized bed provides for the most comfortable nights sleep. The third suite is 35sqm with free standing bath, en-suite shower room, and double vanity sink. Twin beds may be converted to an extra long king size bed. The room has a secluded balcony which is the perfect place to sunbath.
