You don't believe it: that was once the stable on the old farm, and during the renovation we found the wonderful granite cattle trough under the screed. It was a long way from an old merchant shop (run by our predecessors, the Holm couple, as a classic “mom and pop shop”) to art butia and later to the workshop for artisans. In 1997 the house (built in 1904) was completely repaired and insulated. In 2003, the interior renovation came into its current state. The last "facelift" was just completed in spring 2014. And the result is really impressive!
It has become a very cozy house in a bright, friendly Scandinavian style. We covered the floor with wooden planks. It is heated by an oil central heating. The hot water supply takes place via its own electric boiler. The house is well insulated, windows and doors are double insulated.
The living space is almost 120 m², the built-up area is 80 m². The waste water disposal runs through the public sewer system.
On the ground floor there is an inviting sitting area in front of the stove, a large dining table and an open modern fitted kitchen - with an electric stove / oven / fume hood, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, pots etc. A separate exit leads to the garden, which is really wonderful. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a French bed (a cot can also be set up).
A ladder leads to the Hems, an open gallery with two additional beds, e.g. B. for children.
The large new bathroom on the ground floor with shower, vanity for 2 people, toilet, washing machine, electric towel dryer and underfloor heating is pure luxury!
From the living room on the ground floor there is a staircase to the gallery, the actual living area, equipped with upholstered furniture and parabolic color TV. The large window with a panoramic view of the sea is only the threshold to the large terrace: here you really have sun all day - from sunrise to sunset. This terrace on the roof of the transverse building offers a view of the garden and sea that is unbeatable!
In addition to the rental price, the following costs apply: electricity consumption according to meter reading, final cleaning. The price does not include: bed linen and towels, breakfast.
