Summary: Hotel is clean, staff was friendly, food was fine, location is good, but physical plant definitely “down in the heels”. Dehumidifiers in rooms and hallways still can’t rid feel of moistness. AC on or off, no way to control temp. Hallway walls uneven (buckiling?) possibly from moisture. Same with carpet in hallways being “straightened” by staff regularly. Handheld shower had no place to firmly affix/rest. Used towels removed daily and replaced soon-ish, leaving 30min-1 hr with no towels (none). Front desk offered to switch our rooms but wouldn’t change anything material so we declined. For price point, can probably do better.
