With 3 large Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms- one fully accessible, a wood fired slow combustion heater, views across the paddocks, bush hills and grazing horses, this peaceful home away from home is the perfect place to relax, unwind and rejuvenate your spirit! Each room has ceiling fans, screened doors for fresh air and sweeping views across the property, full of birds, native wildlife and grazing animals. All the amenities you might require are close by at the village of Morisset, which has shopping, food outlets and restaurants and a huge industrial area for anything extra you might need. There is no Air Conditioning But the passive Solar Design and polished slab floor keep the place warm in winter and cool in summer.
