The house is located in the city on a high point, and therefore has a panoramic view. You look for miles over the sea, the countryside and the city. After only a short walk you can reach the beach or the city center of Ebeltoft, where you have good shopping opportunities, visit restaurants, or linger in sweet, cozy cafes.
