Summary: Lovely location and nice appartment standard. When we checked in, the booking team had messed up and not registered our booking at all. They scrambled to find us a room, but we had to switch halfway through our stay due to their mistake, which was frustrating. First solution was actually two switches, however after chasing them twice they managed to only do one switch. Disappointing that we had to chase them, instead of they proactively solving it for us or in any other way providing some benefits on the back of their mistake. We think this says alot about the management and hence cannot recommend to stay here as it is a risk they will not know you are coming :) NB: check-out is ridicolously early at 10am. The staff was able to accomodate a late check-out after asking twice which was very helpful.
