You live in a quiet residential area in Rydaholm just 50 m from the nearest ICA store. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with a large single bed and one with 2 single beds and the third has a bed and a loft with a mattress, suitable for children. On the lower floor is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher and induction hob, and you have a large living room with a wood burning stove and a lovely glazed conservatory and balcony. There is TV with German channels and also the usual Swedish channels. DVD and radio/CD are available in the house. The house has district heating and electricity is included. You have 2 bathrooms with WC and shower. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hairdryer. There is a fan for hot days. The plot is 1150 m2 and is well suited for play and games. Soccer goals are available on the plot.

The nearest store is only 50 m away. In Rydaholm, in addition to the ICA store, there is also a good store with a large assortment. A café and a railway station if someone comes by train or if you want to go into Växjö by train. If you want to fish and swim, the nearest lake Helgasjön is 1.5 km away. Bathing area Hjortsjöbadet is a nice bathing area with deep water and there are jetties, playground, toilets, outdoor showers and changing rooms. There is also a barbecue area here however bring your own firewood and something to light it with. By the lake you will also find Småland's car, music and toy museum, which is worth a visit. Outside Sjuhult you will find a fantastic nature reserve Högakull with a view of lake Rymmen. Rusarebo is another nature reserve that is recommended. The nearest town is Alvesta with its large railway station, and then Växjö with its many shops and restaurants. Värnamo is 32 km away. Here you can have lunch at the Vandalorum art museum and stroll around the center. For those interested in hiking and bird watching, Store Mosse National Park is very close. Isaberg adventure track offers many activities in the form of MTB. Fantastic MTB loops, adventure park, high-altitude course and obstacle course and, of course, slalom in winter.
