Renovated, beautiful summer house located in a quiet natural area by Mossø, at the end of a closed road. The house is situated on a large plot with a wilderness bath and several cozy nooks where children can hide and play in the garden, swing, or jump on the trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance). The wilderness bath is heated with firewood, which can be purchased at the house. The kitchen is open to the main living room, so everyone can enjoy themselves and play games or retreat to the smaller living room, which has a wood-burning stove. The house has five bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a bunk bed. The house has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower (without a spa bath) and the other with a toilet.There are two living rooms, one of which has a TV and Bluetooth speaker. Both living rooms have wood-burning stoves, high chairs, and children's games. This unique house on the edge of the forest has seven garden doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. In addition to games and play activities in the garden, there is a fire pit and an activity house with a table tennis table, darts, and various play equipment. The Gudenåen river runs alongside the small cottage area and can be reached 400 meters away, where there is a private green area, a boat dock, and swimming opportunities, as well as the option to privately rent the house's boat.
