Untraditional holiday cottage in 2 split levels located approx. 50 m from the fjord. From the large kitchen area there are 4 steps to the living and dining area, which offers panoramic views of the fjord and access to a raised terrace. The living room is like the rest of the house well equipped, tastefully and practically furnished with stereo with CD player, video, corner sofa, wood-burning stove and a dining table with view of the large kitchen, which is also equipped with modern facilities. There is heat pump/air conditioning. Three bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed 170 cm long. In the master bathroom there is good closet space and 3 seater whirlpool and sauna. There is also a guest toilet. The plot is surrounded by trees and bushes. There are many sheltered areas around the house and a large lawn. For children there are X-box 360, swings, sandpit and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). You have to cross an area with reed in order to get to the fjord. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
